How can buyers add funds?

There are two paths: self-service top-up and admin manual adjustment. Self-service deposits are credited only after a third-party payment callback is verified; manual adjustments are handled from admin user management and recorded in wallet history.

Why can checkout total differ from product price?

Checkout uses a backend quote and applies the current 5% platform service fee, so the payable total cannot be controlled by a URL or local browser state.

What if delivery does not arrive?

Contact the seller from the order page first. If it is unresolved, open a dispute within 72 hours of purchase so support can review the order, chat, and delivery records.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available for undelivered, mismatched, or support-approved dispute cases. Backend idempotency prevents repeated cancellation or repeated refund credits.
