1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Stellk websites, applications, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We may update these Terms for business, risk, or legal reasons. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Platform Services
Stellk is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of virtual goods and digital services. The platform provides catalog, order, wallet, chat, review, report, and dispute tools.
Off-platform trading is not encouraged or protected. Off-platform payment, off-platform delivery, or fee circumvention may result in account restrictions.
3. User Accounts
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration and contact information.
- Protect account credentials and do not share your account.
- Notify the platform promptly after unauthorized access.
- Remain responsible for orders, chats, deposits, and actions under your account.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
- Review product descriptions, delivery format, stock, and seller reviews before purchasing.
- Pay only through the platform wallet and checkout flow.
- If an order has an issue, contact the seller first; if unresolved, open a dispute within the 72-hour dispute window.
- Do not maliciously cancel orders, request duplicate refunds, forge evidence, or abuse the dispute process.
5. Seller Responsibilities
- Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, stock, delivery content, and after-sale rules.
- Never relist sold, voided, or invalid card keys as available stock.
- New or edited products require admin review before public sale.
- Respond to order delivery, buyer messages, review replies, and dispute requests in a timely manner.
6. Payments, Deposits, and Fees
- Buyers can increase wallet balance through self-service deposits or admin manual adjustments.
- Self-service deposits are credited only after a verified third-party payment callback; URL parameters or frontend state cannot credit funds.
- Seller transactions are charged the current 5% platform service fee from admin settings.
- Seller withdrawals are charged the current 1% withdrawal fee from admin settings.
- Prices are shown in USD unless clearly stated otherwise.
7. Disputes and Refunds
- Buyers should report undelivered, mismatched, or other order issues within 72 hours of purchase.
- The platform reviews order records, seller delivery, chat history, reports, and evidence from both parties.
- Refunds must be processed through controlled platform actions; duplicate refunds, repeated cancellations, and repeated disputes are blocked by backend idempotency records.
- Dispute abuse, forged evidence, or malicious refund behavior may result in account restrictions.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Selling stolen, fraudulent, illegally obtained, or rights-infringing goods.
- Money laundering, fraud, risk-control bypass, or platform fee circumvention.
- Review manipulation, fake orders, malicious reports, or harassment of other users.
- Distributing malware, phishing content, or other high-risk delivery content.
9. Limitation of Liability
Stellk provides marketplace tools, records, and review workflows, but sellers remain responsible for the legality, validity, and delivery quality of their products.
To the extent permitted by law, platform liability for a specific transaction is limited to the service fees actually collected by Stellk for that transaction.
10. Termination and Restrictions
If an account is involved in fraud, prohibited goods, dispute abuse, off-platform trading, platform attacks, or other risk behavior, the platform may suspend, restrict, or terminate it.
When a user or seller is banned, suspended, or disabled, the platform may revoke related sessions and restrict continued access to affected permissions.
